TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SALT & SPRINGS OUTFITTERS, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
