Primary Renter Information
The financially responsible party for this reservation. Must be 21 or older per company policy.
Emergency Contact
Required by Florida livery regulations (FS 327.54).
Photo ID
Bring a valid photo ID to check-in. Our staff will verify your driver's license or government-issued ID in person when you arrive. The primary renter must be 21+.
Party Manifest
List every person who will be on a boat. Florida requires names and DOBs for all aboard.

Read the full agreement, acknowledge each item, and sign.

Waivers
Each adult signs their own waiver. A parent or guardian signs for each minor.
Adult Participant Waivers
Each adult (18+) must sign their own waiver. Sign inline, email a link, or print to sign at check-in.

Payment is due now to confirm your reservation.

What to Bring to Check-In
- Photo ID for the primary renter (we verify this on arrival)
- Any printed waivers (if you chose the print-to-sign option)
- Closed-toe shoes or water shoes
- Sunscreen, hat, and water
- Everyone in your party (we verify the manifest)
